The other day I came across a saran nail wrap tutorial, I've never done saran nails before and not really thought much of it. I just thought, 'how do they do that?' And really thought it looked tricky until I saw the tutorial and it's actually not as hard as it looks. So I dabbled in it on Thursday late evening and thought I'd share with you how I got on.
I used Barry M nail polish but you can use whatever you want. The two I chose for the Saran look were Pink Flamingo and Turquoise.
It's up to you what polish you want to start off with but I;
Get the look
I wasn't sure when I did it but it's definitely growing on me. Not bad for a first timer if I do say so myself.

- Used pink flamingo for my base, you may want to use two coats for a good coverage.
- And allow it to dry.
- Have some kitchen clingfilm ready scrunched up in balls.
- Apply Turquoise (or your chosen polish) on top of the nail - one nail at a time.
- Whilst wet, dab the scrunched up clingfilm on top all over the nail. Repeat on each nail.
- Allow to dry then seal it with a clear top coat or if you like some sparkle like me apply Barry M Diamond glitter before the top coat.
