Witch Naturally Clear Skincare Range - My Thoughts

Some time ago I was fortunate enough to win this trio from the Witch naturally clear skincare range. Now the bottle of face wash is completely empty I thought it was about time I wrote a review. One of the things I love about Witch skincare is how affordable it is, it's also widely available, being stocked in most Boots stores. I was sent the Blemish Stick - £2.70, Bursting Beads Face Wash - £3.99 and Blackhead Clearing Gel - £4.99. I've not had the best skin for the last couple of years, I've had breakouts, little pimple spots, you name it I've had it. I don't know why I have such bad skin right now, all I can think of is the fact my skin was relatively acne free in my teen years. Right now, it's not the best it's ever been, not blemish free, but it could be a lot worse.

Witch hazel bursting beads face wash - I loved this face wash, in fact, since finishing it and using a different face wash from another brand, a few of my spots have returned. This face wash almost freed me of all my blemishes, I was so, so impressed and at at price of just £3.99 it's one I will be picking up again. This is made with witch hazel extract, inside are bursting beads that keep your skin clear, tackling spots and leaving you blemish free. And in my case, almost. I found I went through this bottle relatively quickly, and I soon found out why when I caught my boyfriend washing with it. This is great for all skin types too.

Blackhead Clearing Gel - Honestly, I haven't used this to many times. On the time's I've picked it up and used it I don't feel I've noticed to much different within my skin - apart from the fact my skin feels a lot more softer. This is suppose to remove dead skin cells and rub away any blackheads easily while contracting pores making skin look fresher and more radiant. I didn't noticed in the reduction of my pores and I've not really had any blackheads in the times I've reached for this product. I do believe it removed dead skin cells after use with constant circular movements.

Blemish Stick - I love, love, love this product. The blemish stick helps to break down excess oils whilst fighting the bacteria that causes spots. In no way did it rid of my spots completely but it did make them appear smaller, reduced the redness and have me on the way to being spot free.

  1. How do you appl the Blemish Stick? I figure it can be a little unhygienic using it directly on the pimple. Fingers or a brush/sponge?

    Thank you for sharing.

    1. I actually do use it directly on my blemishes. I just push the stick on and rub it on. You can get something very similar from the doctors, to help with acne, and it's almost similar. x
