Birthday & Mother's Day Haul

 I've been very lucky this past weekend to not only have my Birthday (March 25th) but also have Mother's Day fall into the same weekend. I was blessed with a weekend of present opening, a child-friendly outing at a local farm and a meal at Frankie and Benny's too. I was truly spoilt by my loved one's and thought I'd share with you what I was gifted in a post. 

I don't tend to purchase myself gifts, but I decided to purchase a few thing's on behalf of my kids so they could gift me a couple of presents this year. I've had my eye on this Chlobo silver and rose gold plated luna soul ring for quite sometime so definitely an obvious choice. Other bits and pieces I've wanted for sometime but haven't picked up were the Shaun of The Dead and World's End films, which I love, and the I Heart Makeup Golden Bar palette. For a little extra I decided to pick up the Beyonce Heated Kiss fragrance, I have the original heat and love it. My kids were thrilled to gift me these presents and my son was over the moon that I loved everything he bought.

A couple of other bits and pieces on my Birthday list were gifted to me by my Mum and Step-Dad. I was so thrilled to open the unicorn Pandora charm, I'm currently obsessed with unicorns and seem to be building quite the collection of unicorn type bits and pieces. Eeyore, Harry Potter, Lindt Lindor and flowers, what more can I say - love, love, love!!

This selection of Lush goodies were definitely quite the surprise, I tend to be gifted money from my Dad on my Birthday so the fact he went to such effort alongside his girlfriend to pick out all these goodies was amazing. I'm a huge fan of Lush and don't tend to purchase much apart from bath bombs, snow fairy, fun bars and the occasional soap. All of the products above are completely new to me and I've not tried any of them before. I'm really happy to see some of the new Easter range in there and can't wait to deliver my thoughts on some of these products for you.

I was gifted Ed Sheeran's deluxe album and lots of chocolate from a friend. I also gifted myself a quite extravagant gift of Ed Sheeran tickets on top of that - I'm so excited!

The same friend who got me the Ed Sheeran cd and chocolates also treated me to the best freakin' cake I've ever had the pleasure of getting. A family friend made this and she's so bloody talented. I absolutely love this cake and was so made up.

My Step-Brother, his girlfriend and nieces bought me these Pandora rose studs.

I picked myself up a cake to share with my loved one's from Asda and it was very fitting.

I was also gifted money and can't wait to have a splurge, although I have no idea what to buy!

Mother's Day

I let my kids pick out a bunch of goodies for me for Mother's Day at my expense and they did so well in their choices. I got Mother's Day cards off numerous people on behalf of the kids and they also went on to Funky Pigeon and created me one each, but the best one's by far were the one's they made me at school. I'm so lucky and blessed.

I had the most perfect weekend and got truly spoilt off of everyone. I'd just like to take this moment to thank everyone who made my Birthday and sent me well wishes.
