One of my favourite things to do is sit back in the bath and indulge in a little pampering whilst watching my favourite Netflix Series. Over the last couple of weeks or months, I've started watching some of the newer series that have been uploaded to Netflix and some of the older one's that I'd not thought of watching before that I'm currently enjoying. I've found some of my faves that I've dedicated years of my life to are now coming to an end and the finale / last season of them will soon be here, therefore I've found myself filling the void. I thought it'd be quite nice to share with you what I'm loving on Netflix and hopefully give you the push to give them a watch yourself.
Teen Wolf - I'm pretty sure almost everyone's watched this series since it was aired back in 2011, but I personally haven't and if you haven't I urge you to go and watch them all because I'm seriously obsessed. I've not long since started watching this for the first time and I am completely hooked and well into series 3 already. It's a high school drama based on Scott McCall and the huge change from regular high school kid to werewolf after being bitten one fateful night. It's a huge learning curve for him to try and separate being a regular student and the werewolf inside him. Along the way, he experiences love, loss, and a fair share of enemies to say the least. I personally can't get enough of this series and it leaves me on the edge of my seat and wondering what the next episode will bring.
Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instrument - After the very successful series of books by Cassandra Clare The Mortal Instrument was turned into a movie. Most people believed it to be somewhat of a flop, one I personally fail to understand because it was simply amazing but was in the long run, turned into a Netflix series so we weren't all completely dishearted when they decided to not pursue the second film adaption. The Shadowhunters is about a girl who doesn't know too much, if anything, about the secret life of the shadow hunter world and the fact she has that blood living inside her. Clary is just an average girl, with a normal life, growing up in Brooklyn, that is until she discovers that she's human born with angelic blood and among others of her kind must fight to save the people she cares about and the world from demons. Series 2 of this hasn't long since started off of this and even though I'm enjoying it, I feel it's got off to a slow start in comparison to the previous season. I preferred the film concept and the cast too, but I am still hooked and although I've read the book and kinda no what to expect, I'm looking forward to seeing how the series progresses.
Riverdale - Alright, so this is a completely new series to 2017 and one that's only a couple of episodes in, so I've honestly not got much to go on because I'm still trying to work Riverdale out, but I'm sort of obsessed and on the edge of my seat trying to work it out and looking forward to what's coming next. It's a high school drama with lots of mystery. There's love interests, unexpected affairs, and a murder. It's as puzzling as it sounds, but I want to know what happens next already!
Of course, there's the usual classics, most of which are on a break before the UK release date. The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, and PLL - two of which are coming to an end and make me so sad!
Have you got any Netflix recommendations? What are you currently watching?
