Sales & Pre-Christmas Treats Haul

There's nothing better than some guilt-free shopping, especially when there are numerous sales on and you've recently been gifted gift cards and money at Christmas. I decided to take full advantage of the sales and what was on offer and treat myself and I'm really happy with what I've managed to find.

Q&A a Day 5-Year Journal // Metalic New York Print Mug and Plate // Unicorn Makeup Brushes

Dedicating 5 years to a journal is a huge chunk of my life and I hope I'm dedicated to do it everyday for that duration. I've wanted the 5-year journal since seeing Tanya and Zoe gift it to one another about a year ago.

The Zoella Beauty Pamper was such a good buy in the Superdrug sales at just £16.99. It is available on both Amazon and eBay at a ridiculous price - so ridiculous that I've decided not to link it. The original price is £50 and just before Christmas, it could be picked up at £35 and personally I wouldn't pay the full cost. I love Zoe and what I've tried of her products so far I've been really impressed with, so I was happy to get my hands on this and be able to try most of her festive range. The basket is nice too and will be great for storing my beauty bits in afterwards.

Picked up the Little Mix giftset in the Boots sale for less than £13 and I'm really pleased I did. Inside is bubble bath, the perfume and a pair of super cosy socks - I'm going to be reviewing this really soon. The Tanya Burr palette is yet to be used, but I was pretty impressed with the offerings in this beauty advent and at £2.99 it was hard to resist.

For those who are regular readers of my blog, you'll know that I'm expecting a new baby early Spring. I've been a fan of Beatrix Potter for quite sometime but don't own really many books and this boxset was such a good buy. I thought it would be great for me and baby to have bonding sessions over a book or 2. This was such a good purchase and ended up being about £23 in the sale with an extra 10% off. Although I'm going to love reading these it's more of a fancy book gift from myself to baby.

Yes, I am a huge movie and book addict. I'm not going to bother linking them because you can buy them almost anywhere, but I got it all from Tesco. These are films that I've had on my dvd list for quite sometime and Tesco had a 2 for £8 offer on selected dvd's. Call me a big kid but I grew up with and love Harry Potter - The annual was only 50p. I love love love Little Mix and this was only £6.

Dark Red Suedette Block Heel Boots // Apricot Grey Faux Fur Collar Cape
// Grey Velvet Mermaid Tail Blanket // Navy Metal Trim Block Heel Chelsea Boots

I got a couple of New Look vouchers for Christmas and decided to take full advantage of the January sales with them. New Look do some of the best offers when it comes to sales and I managed to pick all this up for £59 (excluding delivery) and it hardly cost me anything once the gift cards were applied. How nice are both pairs of boots though? And only £14 each.

My last purchase was this print. It wasn't in the sale nor did I get it before Christmas, but it's way to beautiful not to include in this post. I found this in a litte shop in Haworth called Lighthouse Lane. They have a wide range of quirky goodness and different prints like the one above. It was only £23 and I'm so in love with it. Check out their online shop and etsy store.

  1. It looks like you got some fab things and some real bargains too. I can't believe the Zoella hamper was reduced to £16.99 and those boots are so lovely :) x
