Hey, my little sparkles, yesterday marked two years since I started blogging and I am so beyond grateful to those who take the time out to read anything I've got to say. Through out those two years I've learned so much. 1. That numbers are irrelevant and if you enjoy something then carry on, and 2. Stay true to yourself and your blog, don't compare yourself to others you are your own unique self. I do have a giveaway that is merging with my blog birthday and was suppose to go live yesterday but it's sponsored and I'm waiting back on an email to see whether that is UK only or international, so keep a look out for that.
A few days ago my son went on a school trip, one thing I've never told you is my son has special needs so my partner, his dad went with him for extra help and support. It was a day where I got to spend some quality time with my daughter, the weather was also on our side so we took a journey over to Chester Zoo with a few other family members for the day. I love Chester Zoo so much, I've not been since I was a tween 12/13 and to go back with my daughter was such a treat. Chester Zoo is pretty big and the animals are well looked after, I think it was around £20 each or £22 with £2 donation for every paying adult, you can take a look here. My daughter being under 3 was free. We took a little picnic and enjoyed a day filled with fun, lots of animals and ice cream, plus a little trip in the gift shop for some goodies - which is reasonably priced.
Despite being a Monday it was still fairly busy with many young families, but not in anyway packed. I had such a wonderful day, it was so hot. We got there early and didn't leave until closing time. We ended the day with a trip to a restaurant for yummy carvery. I hope you all have a lovely day.
